Activated Carbon Technology UK Limited (ACT UK) is one of the newest entrants into the Activated Carbon market; however, the parent company Chordip Limited has been actively promoting Activated Carbon into both the UK and Russian markets for almost 20 years.
Chordip has a number of facilities with its Head Office is located in Billingham, UK. R&D laboratory facilities in Hexham, UK and a further office in central Moscow fully staffed by a highly professional Russian team, including skilled managers, chemists and logistics team.
The result of our 20 years’ experience is a highly developed customer focused supply chain which promotes the understanding of clients’ requirements and aims to deliver to their expectations.
The development of sales into these target markets has resulted in unprecedented growth in Activated Carbon sales and to propel the company forward Chordip Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary to enhance Sales and Marketing of these products - Activated Carbon Technology UK Limited (ACT UK).
ACT UK is staffed by experienced personnel who understand both the products and the requirements of the client. ACT UK offer a Total Quality Management approach to the Activated Carbon business which ensures individual attention to customers’ specifications and requirements.
Our “Single” documentation system has been developed and is utilised through our Sales Order Processing system, this encourages efficiency and instills confidence in the ability of ACT UK to provide a high quality product and service.
While the products offered are typical to the market place we ensure that the material supplied conforms to the specifications agreed by the customer, furthermore ACT UK are also committed to the investigation and development of new products and if appropriate marketing these products globally.
The product range offered is not limited to Activated Carbon and it is our intention to develop markets for products containing Activated Carbon to our chosen markets, these products will be selected from reputable quality suppliers who also share our ethos and passion for customer satisfaction.
